Consumer dispute resolution
I am neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).
The European Commission's former online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
