This policy explains which personal data are processed when you visit this website or send an enquiry, for what purpose, and what rights you have. As of 31 October 2026.

2. Hosting and server logs
This website is provided via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When a page is called up, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time of access, the address requested, referrer, browser and operating system. These data are used to deliver the website, keep it stable and fend off attacks.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely and reliably. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare.
3. Enquiry form and contact by email or phone
If you write to me via the enquiry form, I process the details you enter there: brand, desired role, email address and, optionally, your Instagram name and a message. The same applies to information you give me by email or phone.
I use these data solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (my legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
After you send the form, the data are delivered as an email to my inbox via the email delivery service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). My inbox is run on Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Data processing agreements are in place with both providers. Where data are transferred to the USA in the process, this is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR) or the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
I delete your details once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply. If a contract is concluded, the retention periods under commercial and tax law of up to ten years apply.
4. No analytics, no cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use any tools for audience measurement, tracking or advertising.
5. Fonts and videos
The fonts used and all videos are delivered directly from this website. Calling up the pages does not establish any connection to the servers of font providers or video platforms.
6. Links to TikTok and Instagram
This website links to profiles on TikTok and Instagram. These are simple links: only when you click one are you taken to the respective provider's site, which is then independently responsible for processing your data.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20).
Right to object: where I process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you can object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). An informal message to hello@vez.agency is enough.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for me is the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner (Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte, datenschutz.sachsen.de).
8. Encryption
This website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (TLS). Data you send via the enquiry form therefore cannot be read by third parties.
